Belmont New Student Orientation has arranged for a special rate at the Music City Sheraton Hotel. The Music City Sheraton is located next the Nashville International Airport and only 15 minutes from the Belmont campus. The rate includes transportation to/from Nashville airport, free shuttle to/from the Belmont campus and complimentary hospitality room for parents of new Belmont students.

Transportation
Belmont does not provide shuttle services to/from campus. There are a variety of choices when travelling from the airport to campus including cabs, rental cars, or airport shuttle. One option is InShuttle Transportation providing round-trip service to/from campus for $18.
Taxi Service: Taxi service is available at any hour at the Nashville International Airport. The average charge is $25 for a one-way trip to the university area. Plan to allow approximately 30 minutes driving time from the airport to Belmont University.

By car:
From the North: Take I-65 South; Exit onto I-440 West; Take Exit 3 onto 21st Avenue and proceed about a mile to Wedgewood Avenue. Turn right onto Wedgewood and proceed through two stoplights to the campus, located on your right.
From the South: Take I-65 North; Exit onto I-440 West; Take Exit 3 onto 21st Avenueand proceed about a mile to Wedgewood Avenue. Turn right onto Wedgewood and proceed through two stoplights to the campus, located on your right.
From the West: From I-40 East or I-24 East, Exit onto I-440 East; Take Exit 3 onto 21st Avenue. Head north (toward downtown Nashville) about a mile. Turn right onto Wedgewood Ave.and proceed through two stoplights to the campus, located on your right.
