Students selected to attend the Australian Exchange Program must fill out the following forms. Complete and return to the Music Business Office:

  • Belmont Application Form

  • Victoria University Application

  • Residential Accommodation Form

  • Belmont Australia Exchange Travel Form

  • Liability Form

  • Medical Form

  • Code of Conduct

  • Major/Minor Form

International Education will issue an International Student ID Card for those traveling to Australia. Students must also obtain a visa before departing to Australia. The process can take up to 21 working days (or longer if a health problem is detected through the medical exams). In order to obtain a visa, students must be enrolled in an Australian institution and receive a 'Confirmation of Enrollment' or 'Acceptance Advice' form. The Music Business office and the Studies Abroad Program must have copies of the following forms:

  • Passport (202-797-3000)

  • Visa (202-323-8285 or 8304)

  • International Student ID

  • Driver's License

  • Original Picture

  • E-mail address

  • Mailing address

  • Waiver form
