Greece - Summer 2008

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Belmont University’s new Study Abroad Program in Greece! A maximum of 20 students will be accepted to accompany 2 members of the Belmont faculty from May 10 - June 2 on a tour of major archaeological sites and museums in Greece. Emphasis will be placed upon on-site lectures to enhance your experience of learning about Greek history and culture.

The first destination is Athens, followed by a week-long coach trip through the Peloponnese and Delphi, and a ferry trip to the island of Crete. The Athens Centre on Archimidous Street (), with its quaint setting and picturesque view of the Parthenon, will serve as the home base overseas. Students will register for the Greece Study Abroad program as Summer Session I classes.
