Global Perspective
Our Social Work classes are taught with a global perspective. We
realize that graduates from our Social Work Department might serve
as social workers anywhere in the world. Social Work students have
traveled with their professors to London and Paris to study health
care issues and social work and we have had social work students
from Dresden, Germany, who have come to Belmont to complete their
studies. Our social work students can complete their field
placements internationally. Our students have completed field
placements in London, and we are working on setting up field sites
in Costa Rica and Russia.
