Welcome to the Office of the Registrar!
The Registrar's Office provides support functions for students, faculty and staff at Belmont University. Services include assisting students with registration, graduation audits (DARS), transfer evaluations, transcript requests, enrollment and degree verifications, and veteran educational benefits.
The Office of the Registrar is located on the first floor of Freeman Hall next to Belmont Central. Staff members are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Detailed information regarding services offered through the Registrar's office may be accessed from the various links on this page.

Spring 2010 Academic Advising and Account Holds
All student account holds must be released prior to registering for spring courses. Contact the department to which the hold relates.
Student should make an appointment to meet with their assigned academic advisor to review the proposed class schedule. Print and review the DARS report in preparation for the advising session. Plan to discuss the course schedule and degree requirements with the academic advisor.
Students are strongly encouraged to review and finalize their schedule before registration ends.
Spring 2010 Registration
Spring priority registration for continuing students will open Monday, November 16th 7:00 a.m. Please see the priority registration schedule to determine the assigned period of registration.
New students and non degree seeking students are eligible to register at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2010.
Spring drop and add period deadline is January 19, 2010 for all courses regardless as to when the first class, seminar or private lesson meets.
Tuition and fees are nonrefundable after the drop and add period for each term.
The tuition refund policy only applies when a student officially withdraws from the institution by submission of the Withdrawal Permission Form.
Fall 2009 Grades Announcement
The Registrar's Office "rolls" final grades to students' academic record three times: Wednesday (December 16th) for graduating seniors; Friday (December 18th) late afternoon for all other grades; and remaining outstanding grades on Monday (December 21st).
On Monday afternoon the final GPA and academic standing for the fall term are calculated and posted to students' academic record.
