These dates are applicable to full term courses

| Drop and Add Period (100% refund for credit hours less than 12 and greater than 16) |
January 9-15 |
| Withdraw with a grade of 'W' (No tuition refund for individual course withdrawal) |
January 16-February 12 |
| Withdraw with a grade of 'WP' or 'WF' | February 13-April 2 |
| Last day to withdraw from university and withdraw from individual course (assigned grade of 'WP' or 'WF') |
