Dr. Michael Loftin
Dr. Michael Loftin earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Georgia, graduating in 2001 with a specialization in behavioral medicine. His research and clinical interests have included chronic pain, medication compliance, and anxiety. He currently works in independent practice as a licensed psychologist and has enjoyed teaching as an adjunct faculty member at Belmont since 2001. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, International Association for Cognitive Psychotherapy, and SEPA. Other interests include: art history, SEC sports, and local history. He and his wife Robin enjoy spending time with their daughter and their dog. Vita
