Once a you are accepted to Belmont's School of Pharmacy, here are some links to help you with your final steps in preparing to begin your studies at Belmont:
Complete your background check
**Please Note: the deadline to have your background check is June 15, 2008.
Submit your health form
**Please Note: You must submit your health form prior to course registration (the priority registration deadline is July 11, 2008). BUSOP requires sections A-D and F when applying; sections G and H will also be recommended for the Class of 2012.
