Photography Services
Michael Krouskop photographs university events and supplies images for publication. He also maintains a library of photos for use in a wide variety of projects.
To schedule photography please email Michael Krouskop (krouskopm@mail.belmont.edu). The photographer will contact you within three business days to confirm your request. If additional information is needed, it will be gathered at that time. If you have any questions the photographer can be reached at ext 6649.
The university photographer is available by appointment for the following priorities of the official work of the University:
- Work that is directly related to the work of the Communications Group, for public relations purposes.
- Major university wide events such as commencement, special convocations, Homecoming, media announcements, etc. and work that is directly related to advertisement and promotion of university programs.
In addition, the photographer may be engaged, schedule permitting, for the following types of work: special events, such as significant campus meetings, lectures, athletic events, receptions, etc.
PHOTOGRAPHY FORMATS
All photography will be done in digital format, unless otherwise specified. Traditional film photography is available by special request.
'DO IT YOURSELF' OPTION
The Office of Communications has one 35mm camera and one digital camera for loan. The charge per day to use one of these cameras is $7. Cameras are available on a first come, first serve basis.
STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY
The Office of Communications has a library of stock photos. These include general campus photos, classroom shots, students, etc. Please email Michael Krouskop (krouskopm@mail.belmont.edu) with details of your photo needs.
Fees for Photography Services
All photography will be charged to departments at a rate of $15 an hour, plus a digital capture charge. Digital capture charge is $15 per event for the downloading, manipulation and delivery of images by email or on CD. Photography for the University Web site will be done at no charge, schedule permitting.
