Public Relations Society of Belmont established in 2003 The Public Relations Society of Belmont is a professional club, which strives to inform the campus at large about the purpose and function of public relations. While it is open to anyone on campus, this club prepares students to work in the public relations field. PRSB helps students build portfolios and resumes through workshops, convocations, guest speakers and other activities. This club builds on the skills and knowledge obtained through the public relations classes.

PRSB has applied to become a student chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, which is one of the most reputable professional organizations nationally. This affiliation will provide students with many professional networking opportunities, as well as scholarship and internship opportunities. The purpose of PRSSA is to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships between students and professional public relations practitioners.
