I transferred to Belmont University as a junior in the fall of
2003 from a large university in Arizona. I was expecting to be just
another number on the roster, as I had experienced before, and I
had only one goal ? to graduate as soon as possible.
Despite this, the instructors in the New Century Journalism have opened up many opportunities in my education. They are clearly dedicated to molding their students into credible and ethical role models for the community, something they demonstrate daily.
They work hard and they expect the students to work hard. I have never desired to give so much to my education and, in return, get so much out of it. I am looking forward to continuing my education and I am not in such a hurry any more.
