On Campus: Minor available - After the Elementary and Intermediate courses, a range of advanced courses or independent studies in Italian literature, history, culture, and film are available. Through the Italian Club students can practice conversation, view films, take field trips to the opera, and much more!

Study Italian Abroad: The Italian program offers opportunities for study of language and culture during a summer program and one or two semester periods of study in Florence, Italy.

There are two types of opportunities for Study Abroad in Italy:

  • Summer Study in Florence, 6 hours credit for 4 1/2 weeks
  • 1 or 2 semesters in Florence, Rome, or Sicily.
