Mission:

The mission of the College of Business Administration is to be an innovative learning center of distinction characterized by active learning and scholarly exploration, based on:

  • Academically challenging and practicality-based business curriculum
  • Excellent teaching
  • Responsiveness to the needs of the business community
  • Continuous improvement
  • Christian values.

Goals:

The College of Business Administration has the following goals:

  1. Provide a personalized, career-oriented and practical educational program in Business Administration which emphasizes the four themes of leadership, innovation, private enterprise and entrepreneurship.
  2. Equip students with the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, accept responsibility, make effective decisions, and operate in diverse work environments.
  3. Emphasize quality classroom instruction within the parameters of Christian and ethical principles.

The College of Business Administration offers the following programs for undergraduate students:

  1. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Business Administration and a concentration in one of the following:
  2. Accounting
    General Business
    Economics
    Entrepreneurship
    Finance
    Information Systems Management
    International Business
    Management (emphasis available in Health Care Management, and
    Hospitality Travel and Tourism)
    Marketing

    The BBA curriculum gives the student a minor in Business Administration in addition to the area of concentration.

  3. The Bachelor of Science degree with a major in International Economics.

  4. A Minor Field program requiring 18 hours in directed business subjects.
