Student Services - Student Financial Services Functions
FAFSA and other Financial Aid Forms:
Students can pick up the following financial aid forms at Belmont
Central: FAFSA, Church Matching Scholarship Form, Two Student and
Southern Baptist Convention/Tennessee Baptist Convention Discount
Form, Children of Alumni Scholarship Form, Promissory Notes, and
Payment Authorization Form. The
FAFSA
may be downloaded and/or completed online, and the rest of
these forms (plus many others!) are also available on our
SFS website
.
Financial Aid Information:
Belmont Central answers questions in regards to student
financial aid
awards.
Payments:
Student account payments are made at Belmont Central. We accept
cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may also make
payments online through your
BIC
account
.
Refunds (Title IV):
The first refund date of each semester will be no later than
fourteen business days after the first day of classes. Following
the first refund date, refunds will be processed weekly. Students
who have a refundable credit balance by noon on Tuesday will
receive a refund the following Friday at Belmont Central. After
3:30pm each Friday, refunds are mailed to the billing address on
file.
